We’re honored to welcome Grover Sanschagrin to The Event Factory on May 18th in collaboration with @condesa_restaurante_mexicano and @thecocktailwriter.

As the co-founder of Tequila Matchmaker, Grover has become one of the most respected voices in tequila education. His journey began over a decade ago with a deep curiosity and appreciation for agave spirits, which led him to immerse himself in the tequila-making regions of Mexico and build one of the most trusted tequila resources in the world.

Grover has dedicated his career to helping consumers, bartenders, and enthusiasts better understand what’s in their glass. Through his research, writing, and the Tequila Matchmaker platform, he’s educated thousands on the importance of ingredients, production methods, and the cultural heritage behind tequila.

At The Event Factory for the The Agave Experience, Grover will be sharing his expertise on the ingredients used in tequila and how they shape the spirit’s character, quality and introducing us to some of the worlds best brands.
